Personal Care in your home
Before your first visit from your Makai Care worker, we will arrange a home assessment visit from one of our care managers to draw up an individual Care Plan.
Your Care Plan is built around your individual needs, taking into account your personal care and medical requirements and preferences. The assessment is designed so that we can find exactly the right carers and care management plan to suit your needs and personality.

Learning disability support
Respite and general care
Mental health care
Care Leavers/ Live in carers
Bathing and personal hygiene
Going to bed, getting up, dressing
Taking and managing medication
Escort to doctors, outings and trips
